Sébastien Kraenzlin is a Director at the Swiss National Bank and heads the Banking Operations division. Among others, he is involved in ongoing dialogue in and around the Swiss financial centre and in the area of innovation in payment systems and other Fintech initiatives. Mr. Kraenzlin is also responsible for joint work with the BIS Innovation Hub on the integration of central bank money in a DLT infrastructure. Mr Kraenzlin is also a lecturer at the University of Basel and teaches in the field of Applied Monetary Economics.
