Oliver Schwarz is Senior Industry Executive for the German banking market at Microsoft. He is responsible for business development with a focus on digitalization and our customers' business agenda, leveraging the partner ecosystem. Previously, he led the banking business at Microsoft in Germany as Head of Sales for the Banking Unit. Prior to that, he worked at Hewlett Packard in a senior role for strategic banking customers. At Cap Gemini, he was a member of the Executive Board and Head of Business Development responsible for the outsourcing business in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Oliver holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Giessen/Friedberg. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Gutenberg University in Mainz and a PhD in Management and Economics from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
