Michael Wild is Board Member of Caiz Holding AG where he advices the company on regulatory and compliance matters. In addition to that Michael acts as Senior Director Europe for one of the biggest crypto exchanges in the world, where he leads the D-A-CH business and regulatory engagement towards the domestic regulators. Before that time Michael did set up the German entity for an israeli unicorn in Frankfurt and also worked for KPMG where he was responsible for introducing new technologies to the German market and advised FinTechs on acquiring BaFin licenses. Michael is a strategist in Blockchain and digital odentity products and had been involved in multiple regulatory projects with different parties rolling out completely new products to the German market and driving the comms towards the regulators.
