Matthias is an experienced management professional with a track record in building successful products, developing high-performing teams, and designing organizational structures for scale. Having learned the ropes in marketing and operations functions at a Rocket Internet Company (Helpling), Matthias transitioned to Software as a Service and helped building out a suite of products for Veeva Systems in various product and operational leadership roles. Today, Matthias can be found on the financing side of things as the Managing Director of the corporate venture capital arm of the Helaba (Helaba Digital).
