With a Master in Engineering Physics, Monika started her career as an actuarial analyst in P&C reinsurance. Then stepping into a financial IT as a consultant and business analyst for a few years before assuming management roles at a consulting firm and later with a product company, building and delivering financial trading solutions for the global capital markets. Monika was heading up the Professional Services for EMEA with 100 consultants in 7 locations in Europe with a turnover of around 24 MUSD
