Lorenz is Associate at CommerzVentures, an early stage venture capital fund. CommerzVentures focuses on fintech and invested early in companies like Marqeta, eToro, Mambu and Bought By Many. CommerzVentures mainly invests at Series A and Series B, across EU, US and Israel (and in Africa more recently). Prior to CommerzVentures, Lorenz worked in management consulting in the financial services vertical and co-founded an internet startup.
