Jörg Hessenmüller currently acts as Senior Advisor to the Strategy Consulting firm RolandBerger. Prior he served as Chief Operating Officer of Commerzbank where amongst other things he was responsible for Group Development & Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Information Technology. Prior to that, he was CFO and deputy CEO of Commerzbank subsidiary mBank in Poland. He began his career at Dresdner Bank in 1989 with a banking apprenticeship and worked in interest rate derivatives trading and treasury, before assuming management positions in the field of financial controlling. Jörg Hessenmüller is a graduate in business administration (FH) from the College of Banking in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on banking and finance.
