Initially specialized in Dividend Futures, MelCap rapidly developed into other derivative expertise like volatility trading, systematic trading or dispersion. In 2020, Melanion Capital expanded its activities into Digital Assets. Melanion is the issuer of the world's first Bitcoin thematic UCITS ETF and through its sister company, Melanion Digital, the first Bitcoin SPAC.the issuer of BTC FP, the 1st European Bitcoin thematic UCITS ETF. Prior to founding Melanion Capital, Jad Comair spent 10 years at Societe Generale as Managing Director in the Equity Derivatives department.
