Dr. Sebastian Schäfer, Managing Director and Co-Founder of TechQuartier, is a behavioural economist and innovation enthusiast. He is also a pioneering entrepreneur, lecturer and speaks multiple languages fluently. Sebastian’s disruptive approach to business began when he was the head of Goethe University’s business incubator and research fellow at the management and microeconomics department. At present, he is developing new business models and building Europe’s new digital infrastructure. Sebastian is associated with the Centre for Leadership and Behaviour in Organizations and the Frankfurt Laboratory for Experimental Economics at Goethe University, is involved as a mentor and juror, and speaks on start-up event stages around the globe.
