TIBER-DE tests mimic the tactics, techniques and procedures of real-life attackers, based on bespoke threat intelligence. TIBER-DE tests are an innovative regulatory tool which brings regulotars and market participants together in an environment based on trust and cooperation. Its aim is to increase the cyber posture of key financial entities in Germany thereby strengthening financial stability of the system as a whole.
