Dr. Jan Rosam is a Partner in the Technology Consulting Department at EY's EMEIA Financial Services Office and is leading the Banking & Capital Markets Team in Germany. Furthermore, he is the IBOR Transition & Brexit Leader for Consulting at EY Germany. Jan has more than 15 years of experience in the Consulting business with respect to Capital Markets, Treasury, Clearing and Custodians. Prior to joining EY in 2015, he has worked for LPA and CAPCO within several projects for a variety of financial institutions. Due to that, he acquired a profound expertise in, among others, clearing, collateral management, xVA, front / back office processes and risk management and is known as a Subject Matter Expert for those topics within EY. Furthermore he is a capital markets and treasury expert for derivatives, securities, FX, equity, repo / lending and distribution of these products as well as for regulatory requirements (especially MiFiD II, Basel III, EMIR & GL44 requirements). Jan frequently publishes articles and holds conference speeches on topics such as the IBOR Transition, Quantum Computing and Blockchain.
