Carola Theresia Paschola is an international General Manager with a passion for technologies. She worked in senior management positions for blue chip companies like American Express, Dell, Vivendi, The LEK Partnership and Domestic & General Insurance Plc. Her key competencies span general management, sales leadership and strategy in regulated industries. She currently runs her own consulting company, Opus1a, and sits on the boards of Melanion Digital, Coherence Digital, the Blockchain & Climate Institute and the Harvard Club Rhein Main. Carola is an alumna of the Harvard Business School, the Technical University Darmstadt and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
