Carola Paschola is an experienced senior executive, general manager and fintech, payments and insurance expert.

She worked in Senior Management Positions at American Express (Vice President & General Manager Merchant Services), Vivendi (Vice President Business Development), Domestic & General (Managing Director Germany & Austria) and Dell (Director Business Operations EMEA). She currently runs her own consulting boutique focusing on digital finance, fintech, payments, digital transformation and strategy.

She holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a master’s degree in computer science and business from the Technische Universität Darmstadt. She is a board member of the Harvard Club Rhein Main and sits on the Advisory Board of the Blockchain Climate Institute. In addition, she is the leader of the International Affairs Network of the Wirtschaftsrat Hessen.
